Borrower Qualifications:

A profitable deal that is already under contract!

Successful completion of at least 2 prior real estate deals in the past 2 years.

Borrower must have or be willing to form a valid U.S entity, such as: an LLC, corporation, inc., etc.

Cash (at least 10% down) or collateral is essential for securing the best loan terms available.

Borrower must be willing to make a personal guarantee on any loan.

Loans must be for non-owner occupied, investment properties only.

Borrower must have a minimum of 3 months reserves in the bank.
